Behind APLA is Bebiane Boye Hansen, with solid experience from leading HR roles in larger organizations in Greenland.

 

Bebiane has had responsibility for HR and People & Culture at a strategic level and has worked closely with boards and management in organizations with high complexity and many stakeholders.

 

Experience:

• Chief People Officer /Chief HR Officer, Royal Arctic Line, August 2021 - January 2026
  Responsibility for the overall People & Culture agenda, including HR strategy, organizational development, leadership, well-being, salary and governance in one of Greenland's largest companies.

• HR-Chief Nukissiorfiit, September 2017 - July 2021
  Management responsibility for the HR function with a focus on developing structure, processes and coherence between business and HR.

• HR and specialist consultant at Kommuneqarfik Sermersooq and Qaasuitsup Kommunia, May 2012 - August 2017
  Work with a wide range of HR tasks, including personnel law, organizational relations, recruitment and development of HR practices in public organizations.
